Even in the middle of grief, there was something profoundly special about seeing a family’s face light up when they received a personalized box, an engraved token, or a keepsake that carried the name of the pet they loved so much. It wasn’t just about the loss- it was about creating something tangible, something lasting, something that honored their memories.
